Expert Scaffolding Case Study – Clay Farm – Dublin 18
As an experienced Scaffolding Firm with a track record going back 27 years, Expert Scaffolding are frequently contracted to work on large commercial
development projects on a large scale.
One such current project is for Park Developments at Clay Farm which is located on the Ballyogan road in Dublin 18. This is a large and challenging development with 168 units of 2 and 3 storey houses in phase one alone – each two and three storey unit in the development has a timber frame. We will have five experienced scaffolders on site throughout the duration of the project as we have very tight deadlines to meet and no margin for error. The years of experience we have developed working on this type of large scale project allows us to schedule and meet deadlines very effectively. All of our scaffolders are skilled, certified operatives who are used to working towards strict deadlines which need to be met.

Phase 1 of this project is divided into two sub phases, 1A and 1B. 1A (consisting of 58 units) will be completed on July 17th. Phase 1B will commence in August and will be finished up by the 13th of February 2018. We don’t, as yet, have the full details for phase two of the project but we know that it will bring another significant amount of units to the development.
